The invention relates to medicine, and more particularly to ophthalmology, and can be used for treating and preventing myopia and accommodative spasm. The method includes playing badminton 3 times a week for 1-2 hours at a time for a period of 6 months or more, wherein, prior to each regular session, an optometric examination is carried out and, if necessary, a personalized spectacle correction is prescribed. At the beginning of the regular sessions a reflexogenic effect is applied to biologically active points by massage or by acupuncture or by injection of a dispersed biomaterial known as "Alloplant" for administration by acupuncture, which is dissolved in normal saline solution in a ratio of 30-50 mg of biomaterial to 5-10 ml of normal saline solution. The reflexogenic effect is applied in a course of treatment lasting 2-4 weeks, wherein massage of the biologically active points is carried out daily for 5-15 minutes 1-2 times a day, acupuncture is carried out daily or every other day for a total of 10 sessions, and injection is carried out for a total of 3-7 sessions per course of treatment, using 0.5-1.0 ml of biomaterial solution per injection. The effect is applied to groups of biologically active points: periorbital points and points on the cranial vault, and points in the neck and collar area.Linvention concerne la médecine et notamment lophtalmologie et peut sutiliser pour le traitement et la prévention de la myopie et du spasme daccommodation.
