PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can readily collect information for improving an operational screen.SOLUTION: An MFP (image processing apparatus) 10 includes a touch panel 25 for displaying an operational screen, and acquires biological information on a user who performs operation using the operational screen, which varies depending on the state of the user (Steps S21 to S23).
