PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows for performing a present state analysis of an image processing system relatively easily without necessarily having to interview users.SOLUTION: A management server 70 (analyzer) of an image processing system 1 acquires biological information of a user making an MFP 10 (image processing device) execute a job from a wearable terminal 50, the biological information being designed to change to reflect condition of the user, and acquires operational information (job history information) of the MFP 10 from the MFP 10. The management server 70 analyzes stress of the user associated with the use of the MFP 10 based on the biological information and the operational information, and outputs a result of the analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ユーザへのヒアリング調査を必ずしも要することなく、画像処理システムに関する現状分析を比較的容易に行うことが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】画像処理システム１の管理サーバ７０（解析装置）は、ＭＦＰ１０（画像処理装置）にジョブを実行させるユーザの生体情報であって当該ユーザの状態を反映して変化する生体情報を、ウエアラブル端末５０から取得するとともに、ＭＦＰ１０の動作情報（ジョブ履歴情報）をＭＦＰ１０から取得する。管理サーバ７０は、当該生体情報と当該動作情報とに基づいて、ＭＦＰ１０の利用に関するユーザのストレスを解析し、その解析結果を出力する。【選択図】図５
