The present invention relates to an injection formulation and eye drop formulation formed into a homogeneous solution by solubilizing sparingly soluble pharmacologically active ingredients, and a method for preparing the same. Particularly, the injection formulation and eye drop formulation are formed into a homogeneous solution by mixing and dissolving a sparingly soluble material which has a pharmacologically active ingredient and is slightly soluble in an alcohol but insoluble in water with a detergent, ethanol and a solubilizer so that the sparingly soluble pharmacologically active ingredient may be solubilized. Preferably, the sparingly soluble material is rebamipide or curcumin, and the solubilizer is any one of alkaline amino acids including histidine, lysine and arginine or a combination thereof. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a homogeneous solution containing a sparingly soluble drug and to provide an injection formulation and eye drop formulation causing no precipitation and deposition of a drug and having no side effect.난용성 유효 약리 성분들을 가용화시켜 균질용액으로 형성되는 주사제 및 점안용 제제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 유효한 약리성분을 가지되 알콜에는 조금 용해되고 물에는 용해되지 않는 난용성 물질에 디터전트, 에탄올 및 가용화제를 혼합하여 용해함으로써 난용성 유효 약리성분을 가용화시켜 균질용액으로 형성되는 주사제 및 점안용 제제의 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 기술적 특징이 있다.그리고 바람직하기로는 상기 난용성 물질은, rebamipide, curcumin이고 상기 가용화제는, 알칼리성 아미노산인 히스티딘, 라이신 또는 아르기닌의 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합으로 이루어지도록 한다.따라서 난용성 약물을 함유하는 균질용액을 제조함으로써 약물의 침전 및 석출이 없어 부작용이 없는 주사제와 점안제를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
