PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition having excellent foaming properties such as rapid foaming and generation of rich and creamy foam and causing no sliminess in rinsing to achieve superior rinsing properties.SOLUTION: The skin cleanser composition includes: (A) fatty acid salts represented by general formula (1) (B) an amine oxide represented by general formula (2) and (C) a betaine type amphoteric surfactant. The component (A) includes a fatty acid salt (A1) which is represented by the general formula (1) wherein R1 is a 5-12C monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a fatty acid salt (A2) which is represented by the general formula (1) wherein R1 is a 13-21C monovalent hydrocarbon group.
