The present invention provides a human-blood-derived blood-cell-mass-containing pharmaceutical composition for treating an immune-related disease, pharmaceutical composition for treating an ischemic disease, pharmaceutical composition for promoting lymph vessel formation, pharmaceutical composition for treating a neurological disease, and therapeutic composition for treating a metabolic disease. More specifically, by making use of effective three-dimensional culturing using blood mononuclear cells, it is possible to differentiate into, inter alia, mononuclear cells having anti-inflammatory properties, vascular endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, lymph vessel adult stem cells and precursor cells, neural precursor cells and neural cells, and insulin-secreting cells. Consequently, the invention can be expected to be used in the development of cell therapy agents for various diseases.
