PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor, medical image processing method, medical image analysis system and program which generate an image for appropriately diagnosing an internal state of a vertebral body.SOLUTION: An image reconfiguration part 12 reconfigures a gray image (a first CT image) of a two-dimensional cross-section including a vertebral body obtained by representing CT values with a gray scale on the basis of three-dimensional internal image data of an area including a backbone obtained by computer tomography. A range setting part 13 sets the range of CT values for performing color mapping of the gray image on the basis of the area of a cancellous bone of the vertebral body and the area of a cortical bone of the vertebral body in the reconfigured gray CT image. A color image generation part 14 converts the gray image into a color image obtained by representing the CT values with colors on the basis of the range of CT values set by the range setting part 13. A fusion image generation part 15 overlaps the gray image and the color image to generate a fusion image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】椎体の内部状態を適切に診断するための画像を生成する医用画像処理装置、医用画像処理方法、医用画像解析システム及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】画像再構成部１２は、コンピュータ断層撮影により得られた背骨を含む領域の３次元内部画像データに基づいて、ＣＴ値をグレースケールで表現する椎体を含む２次元断面のグレー画像（第１のＣＴ画像）を再構成する。範囲設定部１３は、再構成されたグレーＣＴ画像における椎体の海綿骨の領域と椎体の皮質骨の領域とに基づいて、グレー画像に対してカラーマッピングを行うＣＴ値の範囲を設定する。カラー画像生成部１４は、範囲設定部１３で設定されたＣＴ値の範囲に基づいて、グレー画像をＣＴ値をカラーで表すカラー画像に変換する。フュージョン画像生成部１５は、グレー画像とカラー画像とを重ね合わせてフュージョン画像を生成する。【選択図】図１
