PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the connection of a connecting part between an outside cover member and a rear-side cover member in a rotor of a spinning reel.SOLUTION: The rotor 3 includes a rotor body 33, first and second cover members 36a and 36b, and a third cover member 37. The rotor body has a connecting part 30 capable of connecting with a pinion gear so as to be integrally rotatable, and first and second rotor arms 31 and 32 extending frontward from first and second sides of a rear end part of the connecting part at an interval from the connecting part. The first and second cover members cover the outsides of the first and second rotor arms respectively, and are formed by bending them so as to be convex to the outside. The third cover member covers the rear end part of the connecting part.
