SOLUTION: A main body 11 comprising a bottom plate portion 12 and a peripheral wall portion 13 is provided with a toilet processing bag 31 covering the bottom surface and the peripheral wall portion 13, and a container-like toilet comprising a pair of split molds 21a and 21b in that state. The laying portion 21 is installed inside. Each split mold 21a, 21b has a large number of perforations 24a, 24b in the bottom plate portions 22a, 22b, spacers 25a, 25b on the lower surface along the joint with the other split mold, and the upper end of the surrounding wall section. Outward flanges 26a and 26b that engage with the peripheral wall portion 13 of the main body 11 are formed. And the cover part 41 opens only those bottom-plate parts 22a and 22b of the toilet laying part 21, and externally fits them above them.
