PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sealing of a gap between a shaft and a shaft insertion part of a sealing member.SOLUTION: A seal part 13 is disposed in an internal space 8 of a liquid medicine storage part 6, covering the outer periphery of the shaft 9, and comes into close contact with a screw groove 9A of the shaft 9, while being made to contact closely with the surface 7B on the internal space 8 side of the sealing member 7, in the circumferential direction of the shaft 9. Thus it is made possible to shut off a gap between the shaft 9 and a screw hole part 7A of the sealing member 7 from an internal space 8 of the liquid medicine storage part 6, and to prevent a liquid medicine from penetrating into the gap between the shaft 9 and the screw hole part 7A of the sealing member 7.
