PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow dynamic analysis apparatus capable of easily identifying an affected area, and a magnetic resonance imaging system having the blood flow dynamic analysis apparatus.SOLUTION: A memory part memorizes a time difference A2 regarding Time To Peak TTP and a time difference A2 regarding Mean Transit Time MTT. One (5 s) of two values (5 s and 4.8 s) memorized in the memory part is set as the time difference A2 regarding a TTP map when WW and WL regarding the TTP map are calculated.
