PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical ablation device capable of easily performing chemical ablation treatment including potential measurement before and after the treatment.SOLUTION: A chemical ablation device comprises: an electrode-equipped guide wire 30 that can measure an intracardiac potential； an over-the-wire type baloon catheter 40 that includes a guide wire lumen 415 allowing insertion of this electrode-equipped guide wire 30； a Y-shaped connector 50 that is connected to a rear end side of this baloon catheter 40 and includes a guide wire port 51 and an expansion port 53； and a hemostasis valve 60 that is connected to the guide wire port 51 of this Y-shaped connector 50 and comprises a side injection tube 65 for supplying ethanol to the guide wire lumen 415 of the baloon catheter 40.
