The present invention relates to a method for preparing refined bee venom from which an allergic component is removed and allergic component-removed and refined bee venom prepared by the method, wherein the preparation method includes the following steps of: (a) preparing a buffer including yolk； (b) adding bee venom to the prepared buffer of step (a) and then stirring the resultant； (c) adding cooled ethanol while cooling the stirred reactant of step (b) to coagulate a protein in the reactant； (d) centrifuging the coagulated reactant of step (c) to precipitate the coagulate； and (e) taking a supernatant from the reactant of step (d) in which the coagulate is precipitated, and then concentrating and drying the resultant.본 발명은 (a) 난황을 포함하는 완충용액을 준비하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계의 준비한 완충용액에 봉독을 첨가한 후 교반하는 단계； (c) 상기 (b)단계의 교반한 반응물을 냉각하면서 냉각된 에탄올을 가하여 반응물의 단백질을 응고시키는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계의 응고시킨 반응물을 원심분리하여 응고물을 침전시키는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계의 응고물이 침전된 반응물에서 상등액을 취하여 농축 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알러지 성분이 제거된 정제 봉독의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 알러지 성분이 제거된 정제 봉독에 관한 것이다.
