The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating psoriasis including bone morphogenetic protein (BMP6) as an active ingredient and functional food products for promoting health for preventing or improving psoriasis, comprising pharmaceutically acceptable carriers wherein the BMP6 as an active ingredient promotes differentiation and proliferation of keratinocyte in normal cells. In the present invention, the composition can target the keratinocyte and increase the treatment efficiency of psoriasis.본 발명은 BMP6를 유효성분으로 함유하는 건선 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 및 BMP6를 함유하는 건선 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품에 관한 것으로, 본 발명을 이용하면 각질세포를 표적으로 하여 건선 치료 효율을 상당히 높일 수 있다.
