The present invention relates to a method for extracting active ingredients which have functions of preventing and treating atopic skin from firefly wormwood, and a cosmetic composition which has functions of preventing and treating atopic skin, containing the extract. The present invention may include the steps of: a) extracting the active ingredients by using methanol from dried firefly wormwood b) low-pressure concentrating the extract, adding distilled water to the concentrated extract and removing methanol by an azeotropic enrichment c) suspending the extract in double or triple the amount of distilled water in weight percent d) adding double or triple the amount of ethyl acetate in the weight percent to the extract, forming layers by stirring and stopping the extract and obtaining ethyl acetate fractions e) washing the obtained ethyl acetate fractions with double or triple the amount of distilled water containing 0.5-2% of NaCl f) stirring the fractions with 2-5 times more of normal hexane in weight percent then leaving the outcome for 8-12 hours g) washing and filtering the fractions with normal hexane and h) vacuum-drying the filtered fractions and pulverizing the outcome.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015개똥쑥으로부터 아토피 치료 및 예방 능을 갖는 유효성분 추출방법 및 그 방법으로 추출된 추출물과 그 추출물을 함유하는 아토피 치료 및 예방 능을 갖는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, a) 건조된 개똥쑥을 용매인 메탄올을 이용하여 개똥쑥에 함유된 아토피 치료 및 예방 능을 갖는 유효성분을 추출하는 단계 b) 상기 a)의 추출물을 감압 농축한 후 그 농축물에 증류수를 넣고 공비 농축하여 상기 용매인 메탄올을 제거하는 단계 c) 상기 b)의 용매인 메탄올이 제거된 추출물을 중량% 대비 2 - 3배의 증류수에 넣고 현탁하는 단계 d) 상기 c)의 현탁된 추출물을 중량% 대비 2 - 3배의 에틸아세테이트에 넣고 교반 후 정체시켜 층 분리한 후 에틸아세테이트 분획물을 수득하는 단계 e) 상기 d)의 수득된 에틸아세테이트 분획물을 중량% 대비 2 - 3배의 0.5 - 2% NaCl 함유 증류수로 세척하는 단계 f) 상기 e)의 세척된 에틸아세테이트 분획물을 중량% 대비 2 - 5배의 노말헥산에 교반하면서 넣고 8-12시간 방치하는 단계 g) 상기 f)의 방치 후 발생 된 침전 분획물을 노말헥산으로 세척하며 여과하는 단계 h) 상기 g)의 세척 및 여과된 분획물을 진공건조한 후 그를 분말화 하는 단계 로 추출된 추출물을 화장료에 적용시킨 것이다.
