A sleeve assembly for coupling a colonoscope insertion tube to an additional tube is described. In certain embodiments, the sleeve assembly includes an inner sleeve that defines an elongated lumen and is sized to receive an insertion tube of a colonoscope, an outer sleeve surrounding the inner sleeve, and an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. One or more additional tubes positioned therebetween. In certain embodiments, at least the inner sleeve can be collapsed to fit snugly over a colonoscopic insertion tube received within the inner sleeve.
