PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a stent graft therapy to be carried out efficiently and significantly reduce a burden to a patient which is involved with the therapy.SOLUTION: A stent graft 10 includes a cylindrical graft 12 having an axially-extended lumen 16, and a stent 14 supporting the cylindrical graft 12 and expandable in the radial direction of the cylindrical graft 12. The stent graft 10 brings the cylindrical graft 12 into close contact with the vascular wall 100a of the abdominal aorta 100 to which the renal artery 104 is connected by expansion of the stent 14. A plurality of opening and closing portions 18 connected to the lumen 16 are provided on the side of the cylindrical graft 12.
