PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house band tightening/loosening device by which a house band can be easily tightened or loosened in a short time.SOLUTION: A house band tightening/loosening device comprises: a straight pipe 7 having one opening end side inserted into a valley straight pipe 3； gear shaped bars 8 which are arranged at one point of the straight pipe 7 in a circumferential direction at equal intervals； a rod-like pin 9； a pin support hook 10 which erects vertically from the pin 9 and has a curved shape with a diameter holding the valley straight pipe 3 therein； and a key-shaped hook 11 which extends from the center of the pin 9 in a horizontal direction and has a shape holding a valley metal fitting 13 therein. When hanging the pin support hook 10 on the valley straight pipe 3, the pin 9 and the key-shaped hook 11 are horizontally movable in the longer direction of the valley straight pipe 3. The gear shaped bar 8 is switched between a fixed position and a rotatable position by moving the pin 9. The valley straight pipe 3 is rotated while being interlocked with the rotation of the gear shaped bar 8 so that the house band fixed to the valley straight pipe 3 is tightened or loosened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8【課題】 ハウスバンドを容易に短時間で締めたり緩めたりすることができるハウスバンド締め緩め装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ハウスバンド締め緩め装置は、一方の開口端側が谷直管パイプ３に差し込まれる直管パイプ７と、直管パイプ７の１か所の周方向に等間隔に設けられた歯車状棒８と、棒状のピン９と、ピン９に対して垂直に立ち上がり谷直管パイプ３を抱き込む径を有して湾曲した形状のピン支持フック１０と、ピン９の中央部から水平方向に延びて谷金具１３を抱き込む形状の鍵状フック１１とを備え、ピン支持フック１０を谷直管パイプ３にかけることにより、ピン９と鍵状フック１１とが谷直管パイプ３の長手方向に水平移動可能であり、ピン９の移動により歯車状棒８の固定と回転自在とを切り替え、歯車状棒８の回転に連動して谷直管パイプ３が回転し、谷直管パイプ３に固定されたハウスバンドを締める動作と緩める動作とを行う。【選択図】図８
