The present invention relates to a foldable capsular vitreous body (FCVB), andits mould design,method for manufacturing, product appearance, and drug delivery property andso on. A mould formolding a foldable artificial vitreous body comprises an upper mould (1), alower mould (2) and acore (3). The core (3) is disposed between the upper mould (1) and the lowermould (2) and isconnected with a drainage-tube pin connected with an injection channel (4).Heating holes (6) aredisposed in the upper mould (1) and/or the lower mould (2). Material isinjected to the mould and isheated to vulcanize to mold vitreous body. The FCVB is adapted to be injectedwith any harmlessmedium and can be used as a delivery vehicle inside or around the eye ball.The size or shape of theFCVB can be changed depending on the different implant site.
