The present invention relates to a dental implant which can fixate and couple an abutment and a crown even without using dental cement, thereby being capable of simply separating the crown even though the crown is not damaged when the abutment or a fixture is repaired or medical treatment is performed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dental implant comprises: a fixing part fixated to alveolar bone and having a fastening female screw part formed in an axial line direction from an upper end； the crown coupled to an upper end of the fixing part and having a screw hole formed along the axial line and a screw flange part arranged along a circumference of the screw hole； and a fastening screw having a fastening male screw part penetrated through the screw hole to be coupled to the fastening female screw part and a screw head seated in the screw flange part.본 발명은 치과용 시멘트를 사용하지 않아도 지대주와 보철물을 고정체결 할 수 있고, 이로 인하여 지대주 또는 고정체 등을 수리하거나 치료 등을 할 때 보철물을 파손하지 않아도 보철물을 간단히 분리할 수 있는 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것이다.실시 예에 의한 치과용 임플란트는 치조골에 고정되며 상단으로부터 축선방향을 따라 형성된 체결암나사부를 갖는 고정부와, 고정부의 상단에 결합되며, 축선을 따라 형성된 스크류공과, 스크류공의 둘레를 따라 마련된 스크류플랜지부를 갖는 보철물(crown) 및, 스크류공을 통과하여 체결암나사부에 체결되는 체결숫나사부와, 스크류플랜지부에 안착되는 스크류헤드를 갖는 체결스크류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
