An external thread structure (30) is configured to thread implant main portion into jaw bone, and provided with lead (34) which extends on continuous screw line with constant pitch around axial line. The bisecting line (50) of the wedge angle of wedge-like shaped lead and axial line of implant main portion are connected to form tilt angle which is smaller on acute-angled long side (28) than on obtuse-angled short side (26).
