The present invention relates to a light-shielding tent sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof. The light-shielding tent sheet comprises: an aluminum foil layer (10)； adhesive layers (20, 70) applied to both upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum foil layer (10), respectively； a polyester film layer (30) attached to an upper portion of the adhesive layer (20)； an adhesive layer (40) applied to an upper portion of the polyester film layer (30)； a polyethylene extrusion coating layer (50) and a UV blocking polyethylene film layer (60) attached to an upper portion of the adhesive layer (40) like a sandwich through a T-die extrusion operation； and a polyethylene extrusion coating layer (80) and a polyethylene burlap bag sheet layer (90) attached to an upper portion of the adhesive layer (70) like a sandwich through the T-die extrusion operation, thereby having excellent light-shielding efficiency, and thus, the light-shielding tent sheet can be suitably used as a tent sheet for a shading tent, wherein a bonding surface bonded to aluminum foil is not easily peeled off so that oxidation and corrosion of the aluminum foil does not easily occur physically, or due to rainwater or precipitation falling during the snowy winter, and thus, the light-shielding tent sheet can be stably used for a long time. In addition, the light-shielding tent sheet exhibits excellent weatherability, has a simple structure, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, and can be easily manufactured by a simple manufacturing method.
