PURPOSE: A producing method of rainbow colored jelly by preventing the mixture of colors is provided to prevent the separation of layers on a laminating boundary. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rainbow colored jelly comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of eleocharis kuroguwai starch by weight, 15-20 parts of potato starch by weight, and 1-5 parts of natural additive by weight to obtain a mixture； pouring water into the mixture, and heating at 85-90 deg C for 8-12 minutes to obtain a first heated material； heating the first heated material at 75-85 deg C for 3-7 minutes to obtain a second heated material； changing the color of the natural additive to obtain second heated materials with different colors； and successively laminating the second heated materials at 60-75 deg C in a molding frame, and cooling the obtained product at room temperature for more than 3 hours.본 발명은 무지개묵 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 올방개 전분과 감자전분의 혼합물에 색상을 띠는 천연재료 첨가물을 첨가하여 색상을 나타내는 묵을 다수 개 제조한 후 상기 묵을 적층ㆍ성형함으로써 하나의 묵에 여러 가지 색상이 구현되도록 하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 무지개묵 제조방법은 하나의 묵에 여러 가지 색상이 구현되어 묵의 시각적인 풍미를 향상시키고, 또한 적층 경계면에서 층간 분리현상이 발생하지 않고, 적층 경계면 양쪽 묵의 색이 서로 혼합되지 않으므로 색상이 뚜렷이 구분되어 묵의 선명한 색상표현이 가능하다.
