The box (1) has an exhaust air circulation unit (31), an exhaust air inlet (32) and an exhaust air outlet (33). A heat exchanger (5) i.e. tube exchanger, is positioned in circulation of exhaust air, where the box has a clean air inlet (41) and a clean air outlet (42). A fixing unit fixes the box on a wall of a building (2) between a zone to be ventilated and exterior air. An orientation unit i.e. trap door, is placed at the clean air outlet for orienting flow of clean air. The exchanger has tubes, and a positioning unit positions the tubes in a parallel with respect to each other.
