An automatic feeder for pet according to the present invention supplies fodder to pets, wherein a fodder reservoir is installed inside a main body； the lower exit of the fodder reservoir is combined with the entrance of a fodder transporter having a fodder transfer screw which is rotated by a first motor； a vessel is arranged in the lower part of the exit of the fodder transporter and the vessel is installed at the end of a rotator rotated by a second motor； a controller equipped with timer controls controlling the first motor and the second motor, operating the first motor for a fixed motor for a fixed time period and operating the second motor with a time interval； and an opening and closing plate installed in the lower part of the main body opened and closed according to the rotation of the rotator and the movement of the vessel. Therefore, the present invention operates the first motor of the fodder transporter for a fixed time period, transfers fodder within the fodder reservoir to the fodder transfer screw, accommodates a fixed amount of fodder in the vessel, locates the vessel to the outside of the main body for a fixed time period by operating the second motor, easily supplies fodder to the pets by automatically supplying a fixed amount of fodder to the pets with a fixed time interval when a user goes out.본 발명에 의한 애완동물용 사료의 자동공급장치는 애완동물에게 사료를 공급하는 것으로 이루어지는 애완동물용 사료의 자동공급장치에 있어서, 사료를 내장하는 사료저장용기가 본체의 내부에 설치되고, 제1모터에 의해 회전되어 사료를 이송하는 사료이송스크류를 구비한 사료이송기의 입구에 상기 사료저장용기의 하측 출구가 결합되고, 상기 사료이송기의 출구의 하측에 그릇이 배치됨과 아울러 상기 그릇이 제2모터에 의해 회전되는 회전체의 단부에 설치되고, 타이머를 구비한 제어기가 제1모터와 제2모터를 제어하여 일정한 시간동안 제1모터를 작동시킴과 아울러 시간 간격을 두고 제2모터를 작동시키며, 상기 본체의 하측에 구비된 개폐판이 상기 회전체의 회전과 상기 그릇의 이동에 따라 개폐되는 것으로 이루어진다.따라서 본 발명은 사료이송기의 제1모터를 일정한 시간동안 작동하여 사료저장용기 내의 사료를 사료이송스크류로 이송하여 그릇에 일정한 양의 사료를 담을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제2모터를 작동하여 그릇을 일정한 시간동안 본체의 외부로 위치시키기 때문에, 일정한 시간 간격으로 일정한 양의 사료를 애완동물에게 자동으로 공급하여 애완동물 소유자가 애완동물을 집에 놓아두고 집을 비울 때에도 애완동물에게 사료를 용이하게 공급할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.
