The object of the invention is ammonium ion fluids with piperynate anion, their mode of production and their use as food detergents. Ammonium ion liquids with piperine anion and organic cation, of general formula 1, in which K stands for cation: 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium with general formula 2, or 4-dodecyl-4-methylmorpholinic with general formula 3, or dodecyl dimethyl(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium with general formula 4.
