[Problem] To provide a highly practical root canal treatment instrument for which there is no need to build a post, which is dangerous. [Solution] A root canal treatment instrument equipped with an optical fiber bundle (1) in which optical fibers (1A) are bundled, and a holding fixture (2) that maintains the shape of the optical fiber bundle (1). The optical fiber bundle (1) has a brush-like shape, and can include a photopolymerizable sealer (3). When the tip of the optical fiber bundle (1) is inserted into a root canal and light is shone into the base end (1B), the photopolymerizable sealer (3) is hardened by the light emitted from the tips of the optical fibers (1A), and the root canal treatment instrument is integrated with the root canal.[Problème] Pour fournir un instrument de traitement du canal radiculaire, très pratique pour lequel il nest pas nécessaire de construire un montant, ce qui est dangereux. [Solution] Un instrument de traitement de canal radiculaire équipé dun faisceau de fibres optiques (1) dans lequel des fibres optiques (1a) sont regroupées, et un dispositif de maintien (2) qui maintient la forme du faisceau de fibres optiques (1). Le faisceau de fibres optiques (1) a une forme de type brosse, et peut comprendre un dispositif de mise à léchelle photopolymérisable (3). Lorsque la pointe du faisceau de fibres optiques (1) est inséré dans un canal radiculaire et la lumière est projetée dans lextrémité de base (1B), le dispositif de mise à léchelle photopolymérisable (3) est durci par la lumière émise depuis les extrémités des fibres optiques (1a), et linstrument de traitement de canal radiculaire est intégré au canal radiculaire.【課題】実用性の高く、危険なポストの構築の必要のない根管治療器具を提案する。 【解決手段】根管治療器具は、光ファイバ1Aを束ねた光ファイバ束1と、光ファイバ束1の形状を保つ固定具2とを備える。光ファイバ束1は筆状であり、光重合シーラー3を含めさせることができる。光ファイバ束1の先端を根管に挿入し、基端1Bに光を照射すると、光ファイバ1Aの先端から照射される光により光重合シーラー3が硬化する。そして、根管治療器具は根管と一体となる。
