PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device reducing the cost of an atomized liquid, capable of forming fine particles of the atomized liquid, making it difficult to perform the fine adjustment of temperature and moisture control, and capable of preventing occurrence of clogging by scale and bog moss by making the stopping of the liquid after atomizing good.
SOLUTION: The nozzle device is equipped with a cylindrical valve-storing body 16 having a channel 24 of water fed from a pump at one terminal side, and, at the other terminal side, a valve-storing chamber 26 communicating with the passage 24 and opened at the other side, a lid body 18 having a water jetting port at the center, and attached to the other terminal side of the valve-storing body 16, and an atomizing valve body 20 urged to the lid body 18 side and stored in the valve-storing body 16. The lid body 18 has a conical groove 38 caved in the inside surface so as to direct from the outer part to the water jetting port at the center. The atomizing valve body 20 has a conical surface 44 corresponding to the conical groove 38 of the lid body 18 at the tip, and a plurality of water-letting out grooves 46 formed on the conical surface 44 so as to be directed from the outer periphery part to the center. The water-letting out grooves 46 are formed into V-shapes in the cross sections.
