The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying feed and water which is mainly used for pig farming and provided to eject an adequate amount of the feed through a feed ejection unit and keep the feed in a good condition to eat, and maintain the feed hygienic. The apparatus comprises: a hopper supplying the feed contained in the inside through the lower feed ejection unit； a feed pedestal which is arranged under the feed ejection unit and in which a water chamber is formed around the circumference of a feed storage unit in the center； and a water supply unit which supplying water through a water supply tube arranged in one side of the hopper. A feed ejection tube which is assembled with the bottom of the feed ejection unit and in which: a rotatable support device, which is formed in the inner center of the feed ejection tube, is combined with the bottom of a feed control bar, which is vertically arranged in the center of the hopper； rotatable projections are formed in the outer feed ejection tube at regular intervals； a sleeve is combined with the center of the bottom of the rotatable support device lengthwise； a jungsimbong is combined with a hole formed in the center of a projection of the feed pedestal, thereby guiding an up and down motion or a rotary motion as the sleeve is inserted in the jungsimbong； and a leak tightness device is arranged in the hole.본 발명은 양돈용으로 주로 사용되는 사료 및 식수 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 사료배출부를 통해 적정량의 사료가 원활히 배출되면서 돼지가 먹기 좋은 상태로 유지시키고 항상 위생적으로 유지관리할 수 있게 하고자 본 발명은, 내부에 담긴 사료가 하부 사료배출부를 통해 공급하게 되는 호퍼와, 상기 사료배출부 아래에 구비되며 중앙의 사료수납부 둘레에 수조가 형성된 사료받침대와, 상기 호퍼 일측에 구비되는 물공급관체를 통해 식수를 공급하기 위한 식수공급수단으로 된 사료 및 식수 공급장치에 있어서, 상기 사료배출부의 하단에 조립되는 사료토출관체는, 내측 중앙에 일체로 성형되어 있는 회전지지구가 호퍼 중심부에 세로로 구비되어 있는 사료조절바의 하단에 결합되고, 상기 사료토출관체의 외측에 일정한 간격으로 구비되는 회전돌출부가 형성되며, 상기 회전지지구의 저면 중심에 슬리브가 세로로 결합되고 상기 사료받침대의 돌출부 중앙에 형성된 구멍에 중심봉이 결합하여 상기 슬리브가 중심봉에 끼워진 채 상/하 또는 회전 동작을 안내하며, 상기 구멍에는 누설방지구가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 사료 및 식수 공급장치를 제안하는 것이다.
