The present invention relates to a pill manufacturing method using a cassia seed and licorice including: a step in which a cassia seed and licorice are selected and washed and the washed cassia seed and licorice are dried an extract manufacturing step in which an extract is produced by the dried cassia seed and licorice being grounded in a grinder and 30 to 50 parts by weight of the ground cassia seed and licorice powder and 50 to 701 parts by weight of the cassia seed and licorice being boiled in a boiling pot a mixing step in which 50 to 60 parts by weight of the extract, 20 to 40 parts by weight of the cassia seed and licorice powder, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of honey are mixed and pasted and a pill manufacturing step in which the extract-honey mixture is produced into a pill. The pill according to the present invention is produced by the use of the cassia seed and licorice, and thus can be easily carried around and taken in. In addition, it can have various effects as a pill for dealing with cataract, glaucoma, hypertension, constipation, epidemic conjunctivitis, and the like.
