COMPOSITIONS FOR SKIN EXTERNAL COMPRISING CASTOR OIL EXTRACTED HEXANE, UNDECYLENIC ACID, PROPYL ALCOHOL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL AND WATER FOR PREVENTION OR TREATMENT OF TINEA PEDIS
PURPOSE: An external use skin composition for preventing or treating athlete's foot is provided to easily treat athlete's foot such as tinea cruris, tinea unguium, tinea capitis, tinea corporis with excellent antifungal effect. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for preventing or treating athlete's foot contains 0.5-2 wt% of castor oil, 7-11 wt% of undecylenic acid, 30-50 wt% of propyl alcohol, 15-35 wt% of propylene glycol, and 15-35 wt% of water. pH concentration of the composition is adjusted using a triethanol amine solution. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of mixing pulverized Ricinus communis L. and normal hexane at 15-27 deg. C； a step of removing solids and isolating normal hexane by concentrate at reduce pressure； a step of collecting castor oil； and a step of mixing 0.5-2 wt% of the castor oil, 7-11 wt% of undecylenic acid, 30-50 wt% of propyl alcohol, 15-35 wt% of propylene glycol, and 15-35 wt% of water.본 발명의 조성물은 피마자를 헥산으로 추출한 피마자유, 운데실렌산, 프로필알코올, 프로필렌글리콜 및 물을 함유하는 무좀 예방 또는 치료용 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 조성물의 구성성분 중, 피마자를 헥산으로 추출한 피마자유는 고온고압의 압착방법을 이용하여 추출된 피마자에 비해 항진균 활성이 우수하다. 따라서, 상기 조성물의 우수한 항진균 효과를 통해 발과 손에 발생하는 무좀, 사타구니 주변의 완선, 손톱 또는 발톱에 생기는 조갑백선(손발톱무좀), 머리에 생기는 두부백선, 몸통에 생기는 체부백선 등의 각종 다양한 무좀을 용이하게 치료할 수 있다.
