The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a skewered food. The device for manufacturing the skewered food includes a skewer rod supply device including: a cutting unit for cutting a skewer target to discharge a skewer flesh having a regular size； a mold supply conveyor arranged in a direction perpendicular to the cutting unit so as to supply a mold in which the skewer target is aligned； a mold transfer conveyor disposed in parallel with the cutting unit, and arranged in a direction perpendicular to the mold supply conveyor so as to load and deliver the skewer flesh discharged from the cutting unit to the mold supplied through the mold supply conveyor； a skewer rod alignment device for aligning the skewer rod in correspondence with the mold so as to insert the skewer rod into the skewer flesh placed on the mold transferred through the mold transfer conveyor； and a skewer rod insertion device for moving the skewer rod aligned by the skewer rod alignment device toward the skewer flesh of the mold. The skewer target is cut to be the skewer flesh standardized in a regular shape, and the skewer rod is automatically inserted into the skewer flesh which is seated and moving on the mold, thereby minimizing a defective rate of the skewered food to improve a manufacturing speed, and supplying the skewered food in a regular amount in uniform quality.본 발명은 꼬치 제조 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 꼬치 대상물을 절단하여 일정한 크기의 꼬치살을 배출하는 절단부와； 상기 절단부와 직각 방향으로 배치되어 꼬치 대상물이 정렬되는 몰드를 공급하는 몰드 공급컨베어와； 상기 절단부와 나란하게 배치되며, 상기 몰드 공급컨베어와 직각방향으로 배치되어 상기 몰드 공급컨베어를 통해 공급되는 몰드에 상기 절단부에서 배출되는 꼬치살을 적재하여 이송시키는 몰드 이송컨베어와； 상기 몰드 이송컨베어를 통해 이송되는 몰드에 안착된 꼬치살에 꼬치봉을 삽입시키기 위하여 상기 몰드에 대응하여 꼬치봉을 정렬시키는 꼬치봉 정렬수단 및 상기 꼬치봉 정렬수단에 의해 정렬된 꼬치봉을 상기 몰드의 꼬치살을 향해 이동시키는 꼬치봉 삽입수단으로 이루어지는 꼬치봉 공급수단을 포함하여 꼬치대상물을 일정한 형상으로 규격화된 꼬치살이 되도록 절단하며, 몰드에 안착되어 이동하는 꼬치살에 꼬치봉을 자동으로 삽입시킴으로써, 꼬치의 불량률을 최소화하여 제조 속도를 향상기키고, 균일한 품질과 일정한 양의 꼬치를 공급할 수 있는 꼬치 제조 장치를 제공한다.
