The present invention relates to a skewer aligning and supplying device for producing skewered food which aligns and supplies skewers to produce skewered food without a bottleneck phenomenon which the skewers contained inside a supply container are tangled. The present invention includes a merging unit of which the width becomes narrower as the skewers are inputted into an insertion groove of a skewer guide plate via an alignment-transfer passage from a supply container where the skewers are contained and an inclined surface is formed on one side toward the lower side of the supply container； the alignment-transfer passage which is formed directly under the merging unit and which transfers the skewers by two rows； and a skewer distributing member which is installed on one side of the merging unit and which prevents the skewers from being tangled.본 발명은 꼬챙이에 음식물이 꿴 꼬치를 제조하기 위해 꼬챙이 공급통에 담겨진 꼬챙이가 서로 엉키는 병목현상이 발생되지 않고 정렬공급이 이루어지도록 한 꼬치제조용 꼬챙이 정렬 공급장치에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 다수의 꼬챙이가 담겨지는 공급통에서 정렬이송로를 통해 꼬챙이 안내판의 삽입홈에 꼬챙이를 투입시키되 상기 꼬챙이 공급통의 하부방향으로 일측에 경사면이 형성되어 점차적으로 폭이 좁아지도록 한 합류부와, 상기 합류부에서 직하방으로 형성되고 이열로 꼬챙이가 이송되게 한 정렬이송로와, 상기 합류부 일측에 설치되어 꼬챙이가 엉키지 않도록 하는 꼬챙이 분산부재가 구비되는 꼬치제조용 꼬챙이 정렬 공급장치를 특징으로 한다.
