A process for the preparation of herbal corrosion inhibitors for copper alloy comprising: cutting neem leaves and green tea leaves into small pieces drying the small pieces of the said leaves, subjecting the dried leaves to the step of grinding, drying turmeric powder and roasted coffee powder, refluxing 50 gm of each sample, filtering the refluxed sample to produce the solution.
