Procedure and modular equipment for the collection of fruits, especially olives, in which main mantles (4) are spread in alternative streets (3) forming strips of transverse main mantles and subsequently complementary mantles (5), joined together by the corners, in the streets in which the main mantles (4) have been previously placed, forming a string of complementary mantles (5a, 5b, 5c, ...) along a street (3). Then the fruits are demolished with one several vibrating equipment (9), provided with screens (10) that pour the fallen fruits in the street through which it travels (3b, 3d, 3f ...) to the next street (3a , 3c, 3e ...)； the complementary mantles (5) are collected by a winch-winder (6), which winds the rope (7) of the winch and the entire string of mantles (5c, 5b, 5a, ...), turning them so that they deposit the fruits in the main mantles (4), from where they are collected by means of a loader, being extended to the width of the street by means of tensioners.Procedimiento y equipo modular para la recogida de frutos, especialmente aceitunas, en el se extienden mantos principales (4) en calles (3) alternativas formando franjas de mantos principales transversales y posteriormente mantos complementarios (5), unidos entre sí por las esquinas, en las calles en las que se han colocado previamente los mantos principales (4), formando una ristra de mantos complementarios (5a, 5b, 5c,...) a lo largo de una calle (3). Seguidamente se derriban los frutos con uno varios equipos vibradores (9), provistos de pantallas (10) que vierten los frutos caídos en la calle por la que transita (3b, 3d, 3f...) a la calle de al lado (3a, 3c, 3e...)； los mantos complementarios (5) se recogen mediante un cabrestante-enrollador (6), que enrolla la cuerda (7) del cabrestante y toda la ristra de mantos (5c, 5b, 5a,...), volteándolos para que depositen los frutos en los mantos principales (4), de donde son recogidos mediante un cargador, volviéndose a poner extendidos al ancho de la calle
