FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: individuals tubular structures, e.g. blood vessels, are measured with using an electronic micrometer. The micrometer is provided with a mechanism for continuous low measuring force on a drum, and a dead spindle. The measured blood vessel is dissected in the lateral direction, and its internal surface is put on two cylindrical jaws. Advancing the spindle to enlarge a distance of measuring surfaces ensures stretching the blood vessel in the lateral direction until blood vessel walls uncurl and fit the jaws. That is combined with recording a distance of the jaws by reading out a voltage decrease by means of a potentiometer, a contact arm of which is pivotally connected to the spindle. The voltage increases, and it is compared with reference voltages. The inner surface of the measured blood vessel can be put on one cylindrical jaw. The spindle is advanced until the other jaw touches an outer surface of the vessel and a vascular wall thickness is recorded by a micrometer indicator. A device for size detection of the individuals deformable tubular structures comprises the electronic micrometer, which is equipped with the jaws, potentiometer, potentiometer signal processing unit and indicator. The potentiometer voltage correlated with the jaw position in relation to each other is supplied into an amplifier, from an output of the amplifier - onto an input of a comparator, from an output of the comparator - onto AND element, then onto an input of a binary counter, further - onto an input of a decoder, from an output of the decoder - onto an input of a digital comparator, onto which together with this signal, signals from a reference code memory device are supplied, from an output of the digital comparator - onto an input of a calculator, and from it - into an indication device.EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy and a possibility to perform measurements in any environment.4 cl, 4 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине.
