CONSTITUTION: A thermal storage device for a plastic greenhouse comprises the following: an inhaling unit(112) inhaling air from the greenhouse a thermal storage unit(110) including a storage device(111) for storing solar heat using water supplied from the outside, located inside the greenhouse a fan coil unit(120) heat exchanging the air inside the greenhouse with the water inside the storage device, and discharging the heat-exchanged air into the greenhouse a fluid transfer unit(130) transferring the heat-exchanged air from the storage unit to the fan coil unit using a pipe(131) a sensor for detecting the internal temperature of the greenhouse and the storage device and a controller including a controlling device for controlling the flowing amount of the heat-exchanged air using a valve.설치가 간편하고 비용이 저렴하여 농가에서 손쉽게 사용할 수 있는 하우스 축열장치 및 이를 포함하는 농업용 하우스가 개시된다. 하우스 축열장치는 하우스 내부의 공기를 흡입하는 흡입구, 및 상기 하우스가 지면에 의해 지지되는 필드를 따라 상기 하우스의 내부에 배치되고, 외부로부터 공급받은 물을 수용하여 일조시 태양열을 저장하는 저장장치를 포함하는 축열부 및 상기 흡입구를 통해 상기 하우스의 내부의 공기가 상기 저장장치의 내부에 흡입되어 상기 저장장치에 수용된 물과 열 교환하고, 열 교환된 공기를 상기 저장장치의 내부로부터 상기 하우스의 내부로 배출하는 팬 코일유닛을 포함한다. 이와 같이, 비용이 저렴하고 관리가 간편하여 영세한 농가에서 채용하여 손쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
