A process for producing frozen confectionery products is provided, the process comprising: supplying a first frozen confection (1) to a nozzle (2) dispensing a filling comprising sauce (3) and/or inclusions (4) into the first frozen confection (1) inside the nozzle (2) co-extruding the first frozen confection (1) and filling (3, 4) from the nozzle (2) cutting the co-extruded first frozen confection (1) and filling (3, 4) with an iris cutter (6) to form a portion (9) of the first frozen confection (11) in which the filling (13, 14) is encapsulated dispensing a small amount of a second frozen confection (21) into an edible receptacle (20) and then dispensing the portion (9) into the edible receptacle (20) on top of the second frozen confection (21).Linvention concerne un processus de fabrication de produits friandises congelés, le processus consistant à : fournir une première friandise congelée 1 à une buse 2 introduire une garniture comprenant une sauce 3 et/ou des inclusions 4 dans la première friandise congelée 1 à lintérieur de la buse 2 coextruder la première friandise congelée 1 et la garniture 3, 4 par la buse 2 couper la première friandise congelée coextrudée 1 et la garniture 3, 4 à laide dune coupeuse à iris 6 pour former une part 9 de la première friandise congelée 11 dans laquelle la garniture 13, 14 est encapsulée distribuer une petite quantité dune deuxième friandise congelée 21 dans un réceptacle comestible 20 puis distribuer la part 9 dans le réceptacle comestible 20 sur la deuxième friandise congelée 21.
