PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an injection needle to be surely separated from a syringe through a simple operation and to be stored in a disposal container when disposing of an injection syringe.SOLUTION: An injection needle separating structure 1 for separating an injection needle part 220 from a syringe 210 of an injection syringe 200 comprises: a recess part 120x that has an opening 1x into which the injection needle part is inserted an abutting part 10 that has an abutting body portion 12 abutting on a circumference of an end surface 222 of the syringe 210 in a state where the injection needle part is inserted into the opening 1x and a regulation part 20 that has a locking portion 23 which is fitted into a groove 221y of a cap part 221 in a state where the injection needle part 220 is inserted into the opening 1x.
