FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, oncology, pharmacy, molecular biology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new nucleotide sequences in DNA and amino acid sequences in monoclonal antibodies (MAT) produced against lymphoblastoid cells and to peptides binding with MAT. Invention relates also to diagnosis analysis wherein above mentioned antibodies or peptides are used for detection of persons with high probability the presence of malignant diseases and, sometimes, for detection of person suffering with malignant disease. Except for, invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising MAT or peptides and designated for using in treatment of different malignant diseases, and also to methods for treatment of malignant disease using MAT or peptides.
