PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the problem that fundamental treatment with medicine is difficult and that there is no fundamental treatment other than resection of the infected area etc. by surgery of fistula which is caused by bacterial infection, as bacteria is supplied almost every day by defecation to a small indentation (anal crypt) which is the entry port of bacteria about 2 cm from the anal margin (exit of feces) or the infected part of the anal gland which produces pus which is inside the anus, provided is a therapeutic agent that can be expected to suppress the symptoms of fistula by the continuous application thereof, due to the composition of the therapeutic agent being excellent in strong bactericidal and antibacterial action etc.MEANS: Juice from astringent persimmon grated with a grater is wrapped in gauze and squeezed into a container. The therapeutic agent is made by submerging granules of Seirogan which are commercially available into the juice or submerging leaves of Dokudami washed with tap water lightly and rubbed with fingertips, into the juice. Usage thereof is continued once or twice a day, after bathing or after defecation, after washing the anus with a washlet or tap water, a cotton bud is used to apply the therapeutic agent to the pus discharging fissure etc. for about 6 months. An approximately 50 g container can be used for equal to or more than 6 months.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】痔瘻は細菌の感染によってなるが、排便によって細菌がほぼ毎日供給され、肛門縁(大便の出口)から奥へ約2cmのところにある細菌の侵入口である小さなくぼみ(肛門陰窩)や膿をつくる肛門腺の感染部は肛門内部にあり薬による根本的治療はむずかしい。手術によって感染部等を切除する以外根本的治療はない。本発明は強力な殺菌・抗菌作用等に秀れた薬材によって構成されているので継続して塗ることにより治瘻の症状を抑えることが期待できる薬を提供する。【手段】渋柿をおろし金ですりおろした果汁をガーゼに包んで絞って渋柿汁をつくり容器にいれる。その汁の中に市販している正露丸の粒剤を沈め、又水道水で洗ったドクダミの葉を指先で軽く揉んで汁の中に沈めてつくった薬である。継続して1日に1、2回、入浴後或は用便後、ウォシュレットや水道水で肛門を洗った後、綿棒を使って膿排出口等を約6ヵ月を目途に塗る。約50gいり容器1本で6ヵ月以上使える。【選択図】図6
