FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for lichen planus treating. Method includes prescribing 10 ml of No. 20 solution of 30 % sodium thiosulfate, 10 mg of No. 20 loratadine tablets, PUVA-therapy for 5 days a week with the use of external solution of No. 15 ammifurinum and kartalin cream 2 times a day for 20 days. In addition, after consultation of an endocrinologist, metformin, a hypoglycemic biguanide drug, is prescribed. It is titrated with a dose of 500 mg per day in the evening, then, if there are no side effects, a second dose of 500 mg in the morning is prescribed after 6–7 days. In case of side effects in the form of diarrhea, the dose is reduced to 850 mg per day, then every day it is increased by 50 mg and is brought up to 1000 mg per day, the total duration of use of the drug is 19–20 days.EFFECT: invention permits to increase the efficiency of lichen planus treatment by decreasing amount of rash on skin, reducing the expressions of insulin resistance and obesity, and improving the quality of life of patients.1 cl, 1 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к дерматологии, и может быть использовано при лечении красного плоского лишая (КПЛ). Способ включает назначение раствора натрия тиосульфата 30% по 10 мл №20, таблеток лоратадина по 10 мг №20, ПУВА-терапию по 5 дней в неделю с применением наружного раствора аммифурина №15 и крема карталин по 2 раза в сутки в течение 20 дней.
