The present invention provides a toothpaste composition that contains (A) allantoin and/or a derivative thereof, (B) one or more organic acids selected from the group comprising citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and phytic acid, (C) glycerin, (D) sorbitol, and (E) water, wherein the content of (C) with respect to the total amount of the toothpaste composition is 10-35 mass%, the content of (D) is 12-40 mass%, and the content of (E) is 15-40 mass%.
