The present invention provides a handle collapsing device of shoulder-bearing type mower, which comprises: a main body provided with a collapsing and positioning element a joint arranged on the main body and disposed behind the collapsing and positioning element, and including: a bottom base a fixing base having a lower end formed thereon with a top cover vertically corresponding to the bottom base for being fixedly connected to the main body a shaft base arranged on the fixing base and provided on each of two ends thereof with a receiving chamber a movable cover arranged on the fixing base and disposed above the shaft base and a locking element arranged on an external side of the fixing base for locking the movable cover and a handle formed of a left handle and a right handle, wherein inner ends of the handle are inserted into the receiving chambers of the shaft base and pivoted to and positioned with the shaft base, and each of the inner ends of the handle is sleeved with an expansion positioning element capable of being connected with the shaft base for positioning the handle.
