The present invention relates to an oily vehicle comprising at least one surfactant and an oily phase comprising at least one oil and/or one oily active agent, characterized in that said oily vehicle has a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance HLB ranging from 6.9 to 10.7 and a viscosity less than or equal to 500 mPa.s. The invention also relates to the use of oily vehicles according to the invention for dispersing active agents in water and to a kit comprising an oily vehicle according to the invention and an oily active agent.La présente invention se rapporte à un vecteur huileux comprenant au moins un tensioactif et une phase huileuse comprenant au moins une huile et/ou un actif huileux, caractérisé en ce que ledit vecteur huileux a une balance hydrophile-lipophile HLB allant de 6,9 à 10,7 et une viscosité inférieure ou égale à 500 mPa.s. L'invention se rapporte également à l'utilisation de vecteurs huileux selon l'invention pour disperser des actifs dans de l'eau et un kit comprenant un vecteur huileux selon l'invention et un actif huileux.
