PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine capable of measuring an internal quality of grains by a small-sized internal quality measurement device and enhancing detection accuracy by the internal quality measurement device.SOLUTION: The combine includes a sampling part 50 sampling and temporarily holding a part of grains fed to a grain tank 10 as a measurement object of an internal quality measurement device 40. The combine further includes: a receiving holding part 52 receiving and holding the grains in the sampling part； a discharge port 52a capable of communicating the receiving holding part and a grain space part； an opening/closing plate 54 oscillated vertically around an opening/closing axis laterally facing and opening/closing the discharge port； and a detection part 41 arranged in an internal quality measurement device and applying a detection medium to the grains held by the receiving holding part.
