PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine which can measure an internal quality of a grain during execution of reaping work without wasting the measured grain as a measurement target.SOLUTION: The combine includes: sampling means SP configured to collect a grain obtained by threshing/processing a reaped grain culm and sampling a part of grains obtained by threshing/processing from a location estimation place J in an inner part of a machine body to a measurement target space Q as a measurement target; and optical internal quality measurement means 36 measuring an internal quality of the grain sampled by the sampling means SP. After measurement by the internal quality measurement means 36 is finished, the sampling means SP discharges the sampled grains as a measurement target from the measurement space Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
