PURPOSE: A lotion generator is provided to have skin conditioning and cosmetical advantages by spreading obtained alkaline water from the ionization using generated electric potential difference produced between a reacting agent with electromotive force and water.CONSTITUTION: A lotion generator comprises a container(10), reacting agents(50), a filtering layer(30), a spraying element(40), and an electromotive force enriching element(20) in a pyramidal shape. The container stores water through an entrance(12). The reacting agents are built inside of the container to comprise the ionization of water by the circulating electric potential action due to electromotive force. The filtering layer is installed on the upper part of the reacting agents within the container. The spraying element is connected to a discharging pipe(14) which discharges the water by spraying at the entrance of the container.
