The setting unit is configured to set a first region of interest in at least one of a plurality of medical images. The tracking units are configured to carry out first tracking processing of tracking the motion of the first region of interest between the medical images and second tracking processing of tracking the motion of a second region of interest, different from the first region of interest, between the medical images.
