PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous administration device capable of increasing a drug injection dose into a skin.SOLUTION: The percutaneous administration device includes: an administration part that includes a substrate having a substrate surface 21S, and a projection part 22 projecting from the substrate surface 21S, the projection part 22 having a flow passage inside the projection part 22, opened to a peripheral surface of the projection part 22 and a support body 30 including a plurality of support parts 31 coming into contact with an administration object. Viewed from a direction facing the substrate surface 21S, the plurality of support parts 31 are mutually spaced from adjacent support parts 31 and enclose the substrate surface 21S, with a gap formed between the substrate surface 21S and the support parts 31.
